mpeccon Posted July 20, 2019 Share Posted July 20, 2019 We changed from AT&T over to Suddenlink and I'm getting everything else to work, but when I go to play music the songs will play through Pandora on the app, but I'm not getting any audio. The only thing I noticed that seems different behind the two different audio amps is a blinking orange light on the right side. I have a C4 - 8 Amp 1 - B and a C4 - 16 amp 3 - B. Our separate network is working just fine. Have been trying to get in touch with our installer with no luck and have people coming over tomorrow. sonic30101 Posted July 20, 2019 Share Posted July 20, 2019 If your c4 app is working after changing routers. Unplug the amps and plug them back in. Hopefully they set everything up dhcp and identified sddp so it will all sync up because the amps may be holding onto the old IP addresses Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
