Could always pick up 1 harmony remote and see how it goes. Sounds to me like you are slowly divesting yourself of C4 and if it wasn't for mutli-zone audio and TS to see the driveway you would have been done with it already. I agree from reading all of your posts on here you probably are just done with C4 and would be better off with a less professional more consumer solution. Do I think it will work better than a properly configured C4 system, no, but I think from all of your posts it's what's best for you.

Yeah hard to stay on top of the latest software with old hardware unfortunately. Especially when multiple companies/variables involved.

I wanted to share a quick update on my experience using Amazon HD music.  After having my dealer update the Amazon driver as well as the other native music drivers (and setting it up to auto update for the future updates - thanks again @msgreenf) I am pretty happy with the results.  The only drawback is that it still appears that if you are using OS 2.10 you cannot see any type of HD or UHD "Hi-Rez display or distinction" but my Marantz receiver confirms a 96khz incoming signal from the EA5.  Qobuz on OS 2.10 does allow you to visually see to pick and choose the Hi-Rez track. That said, I can only see them using my EA5 or Control4 app.  My older IE touchscreens will not show you which tracks are Hi-Rez.  As far as sound quality, I was going back and forth from Amazon HD to Qobuz for some A/B comparisons using the same track and I now cannot tell a difference.  Before subscribing to the upgraded Amazon HD platform I was actually using Amazon to show off the poor sound quality difference between their MP3 format and Qobuz HiRez.  At that time it was really like a night and day difference or at least between the tracks I was comparing. In my opinion, for the sound quality, music selection and price I think Amazon HD is now a real player in the streaming market and could be tough to beat.

It's unfortunately not up to Control4. Apple released the specs to make certified drivers. C4 is just working within their realm and had put out warnings that the old IP driver might stop working after they released the bridge driver. And TvOS13 made that true. This is totally on Apple.
Just hook up an IR and use the free driver that's been floating around and you'll never have to worry about this again.

I personally would have no static addresses. I prefer all reserved for essential devices. Can you change the zigbee channel using he?
 

You can buy composer home edition.  It lets you do most of the programming.  You cannot add hardware or move devices.  It’s about 90% functional va the dealer only software

yup - totally - you should always factory reset used gear...

Also sounds like your original installer didn't get everything set up correctly. There is no way on Earth that a Comcast system would work better than a properly installed Control4 system.

Hi all, iOS 13 did cause some problems for the 2.10.x version of the Control4 app.  As many of you have seen, iOS 13.1 fixed the problem with the missing icons but other issues remain.  The development team has fixed those issues and we have submitted a new version of the app for beta review.  Once the app has been approved for beta testing I will post a download link in this thread.
