Hello Everyone, thank you for all of the input.  crshepard7 hit the nail on the head.  "It sounds like what you need is a new C4 dealer."
I connected with JSTRONG from this forum and he was able to connect to our system and work with me to resolve the problem.  Their were 2 issues and they are now resolved, 1) hardware was plugged into the wrong port  2) the somfy hub needed to be reprogrammed.
    Again, thank you everyone.

Greenfield Solutions has started to take on select projects, where we feel we can add value for remote work.  I am not looking to take on a ton of projects, but only ones that well align to my experience and where I believe I can offer both competitive knowledge and pricing on the work.
No Control4 hardware will be sold - programming only.  But Hardware and drivers from BlackWire Designs as well as drivers from DriverCentral.io are available.
Please don't hesitate to post or message me!
If you are any of the people I have remoted in and helped, don't hesitate to post

After getting a quote from my dealer stating my project would require 2 full days of programming, I reached out to Mitch on a whim.  Am so glad I did!  He's the most knowledgeable C4 guy I've ever met.  He was able to complete the work in an hour and a half and provide suggestions I wasn't aware of that ultimately made my project and experience much better.  Thanks again Mitch!

Never heard of them. I also dont quite understand where this is supposed to be installed.
C4 lighting is on the upper end budget wise, but the control and quality is well worth more than what it costs. Also you only need one c4 device for each load if you have 3 or 4 ways or more. You can use aux keypads for 40 bucks or even configurable keypads in key locations. If you wanna be really budget oriented you can also space the lighting out to be sure you have control interfaces where ever you may need them.,

I mean clearly people will buy what they can afford, but there is a right way and a wrong way.  The speaker point was released in 2011.  That is over a decade old.  It is not a good buy at this point.

Man these rokus are so cheap, I would just buy 3 or 4 of them and dedicate them for a specific person or room

have you made the optical connection from the TV to the soundbar in composer?  if not composer can't see an audio path to the soundbar and will not control the volume.

No...the free driver is API based. The paid driver is for Roku TV's

    Here's my guess.
The tech couldn't get the new ISP router to function with the Araknis, double NAT, or just wasn't experienced enough. Possibly the previous ISP was just a modem, not a gateway. So he decided to remove the Araknis router. Your processor was probably setup with a static IP, so he mistakenly factory reset the processor rather than just reset the network. So he loaded an old saved copy of the program that didn't include the keypad programming.

Araknis is what Control4 recommends and supports so I don't see the benefits in changing out for the ISP.

If they are less then a year it should be under warranty. I haven’t seen many people complaining about it,so I thought I was just unlucky.

Tried one will only get you streaming services or locally stored files.  If you need cable audio or other sources that your matrix has, then just use a CAT6 Audio balun to send the matrix audio to your other location and use amp/speakers to suit.

I bought a z2io and z2ir for two other TVs where we only stream. Figured then I don’t have to worry about future changes

Its much more than just an interface to be added to 2.10.  This is the reason for only the hc800 remaining as a working controller for 3+ and even it the on screen navigator is disabled.

it comes with a 7 day trial period.
what you will see here is that the light on level calls different ALS's based on time of day and then different ALS's stay on different periods of time.  you can also do really cool things like disable the function (driver) if the TV is on.  Basically everything I have ever tried to do I can do with this driver of Paul updates it
Alt light on level was my idea - that allows me to have a weekend lighting schedule vs a week day lighting schedule - I use that in my living room.
You can cascade motion sensors and disable one if another is on; or disable only when the other senses motion.  Thi is the swiss army knife of light programming. it rocks!
