I’ve got some that I can take a pic of. They look pretty similar, but don’t look as nice. They have a little frame around them. I’ve got some in my storage room I’ve been testing. 

I'm going to hazard a guess and agree with the previous replies, the locks would have to come from C4 sales channels and include their flavor of Zigbee (Zigbee Pro?)
They're likely sold as vanilla Zigbee locks for the likes of Samsung Smart Things. Curious that the part number is the same though.
I'm thinking the C4 version of the Schlage locks perhaps haven't been released yet.
FWIW - I have the Z-Wave version of the locks currently with the C4 Z-Wave dongle... it's not so hot (locks themselves are quite good)

With Android apps you CAN often link directly to a channel or show.  These are called "deep links" and they are supported via QLAUNCH codes in IRUSB.
The biggest issue is the exact url/data combinations aren't documented, so it takes experimentation to find them.

Lots of us use Araknis and Ruckus
I love Ovrc and is my main draw for Araknis and has been for a while  (pakedge also-but bakpak is not as user friendly imo). But after hearing so many insist I try Ruckus access points, I gave it a shot. 
And I will say , it was more involved getting them initially setup,  but now I can go to my neighbors house and have nearly full wireless coverage. And I have over an acre of property. No drop offs at all. No need to split the SSID's..everything connects now. And my dreaded Micsrosoft surface laptops can now connect without any issues. 
The tech support for Araknis is top notch as well. These guys will remote in and test and reconfigure your entire network for you if needed. Since I didnt spend $900 per WAP on Ruckus I bought them new online and have zero support. I will say this...There is a value in support!
Ok so maybe a Lincoln MKC compared to a Mercedes AMG GLE (I was gonna say 2020 Supra compared to porsche 911) but thats really extreme

The programming for my Control4 system was out of date following a home renovation. The past two weekends Mitch did a fantastic job getting it back in order, added several items that had not been automated previously and also gave me some great suggestions for future improvement. Communication was excellent. He was very efficient. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend him. He knows Control4!

verified audio and video endpoints look correct. Added a Power Off to the Room Off routine. Will see if this continues to work for me. First test it worked, so guess this is fine for a workaround. 

I just swapped 2 araknis 810 and 2 of the 700 series for 4 ruckus 610 unleashed and they really are noticeably better.  They are showing faster speed tests, greater coverage and no Devices fall offline. Even the dreaded crappy nest cameras are now Rock solid and have not fallen offline since the install. 

I believe I have solved the issue.  In the event anyone else runs into this, I leverage a pihole on my home network (DNS sinkhole) and after digging into this issue further I noticed that requests for sdk.split.io were being blocked.  Once I whitelisted this site I was able to get the Voice Scenes page to load without issue.  Thanks to all who made suggestions on potential fixes.

Most service calls are not due to the programming magically breaking or no longer working.
The Apple TV thing sucked and that was Apple's fault. There was ALOT of service calls when apple broke the IP integration. This affected everyone.
Chances are something needed to be rebooted to get it working again. You should be able to take care of things like that.

There's no reason you can't troubleshoot on your own.  If your skill level is as good as you say it is, then you shouldn't have to call your dealer.

I used Mitch's services over the weekend to help install a driver and to clean up some old punch list items.  I was truly impressed by his speed and efficiency of work.  He was knocking out the clean up items almost as fast as I could type them.  When you have somebody who really knows what they are doing it shows as he quickly addressed some issues my local dealer had overlooked or just didn't know how to fix.  I would definitely recommend using his services.  Thanks Mitch!

We have a driver for Zappiti coming out soon.  This device sits above Kodi in terms of friendlyness and below Kaleidescape.  Allows you to utilise your own content including Bluray ISO's with menu, 4k, Atmos, etc from NAS drives or internal HDD.
Upon my request they have also implemented Android based intent launching so this means that we can launch Netflix, Youtube, etc.

I don't disagree with your assessment that Control4 could/should do this. But playing devil's advocate for a moment there no other complete home automation that does....there are other Alexa embedded amps (Sonos and heos) but nothing in this industry is complete. Today you have to pick what is most important and optimize for that

Techincally it always just plays from the Echo - you need a physical connection to get it into C4.
In my instance it will play the music on the Echo device named "Kitchen Echo". In my instance this is an Echo Dot connected to an 8 zone matrix amp in my kitchen via a 3.5mm to RCA cable so it will play via distributed audio.  But it is kind of a local-distributed audio as I have a second matrix amp as I didn't want to run several hundred feet of speaker wires back to my main rack.  This is actually the second Echo in the Kitchen, I also have a 5" Echo Show in the Kitchen so that I can get visual feedback and see people at my door.
I have another Echo Dot connected to another 8 zone matrix in my main rack that feeds other rooms.  And I have another Echo Dot connected to a 4 zone matrix amp in my office that feeds other rooms.

Anything on C4 can be controlled in numerous ways but I find voice to be very useful.  Many others do not.
