You'll be fine with stashing 2-4 dimmers/switches elsewhere.  This is the same as having a 4 gang box.  The zigbee problems come when you have a cluster of 6,7,8 or more of them all stacked up.  The devices are too close to each other for smooth communication.

My business partner and I finally left one of the large Control4 dealers in the area last year because there was not enough emphasis on personal touches to the system and quality/documentation and started our own company. I have been struggling with all sorts of issues for the last week.  I’m not sure if the issue is OS3.1.2 or a new driver that I had installed at about the same time.  My suspicion is that the driver is guilty but I may be wrong.  My issues are slow Zigbee response (including SR260s), digital music failing and thermostat values blanking out.  I have had to reboot Director daily for the last few days.
My guess is that the new driver is the issue so I had it deleted this afternoon... I will know in 48 hours if deleting the driver fixed my system!

I have and it is indeed great but not having access to a dealer readily, I am not sure how I'd go about purchasing it. Install is not an issue, it's the purcahsing as it is locked down only for dealers.

The benefit being a cheaper alternative to c4 full featured lighting.
the downside being that they are more limited blue only single led and forward phase dimming only.
the buzzing is likely your lighting fixtures not the dimmer. Try different bulbs and be sure that they are dimmable. Not all LEDs dim equally either
 

Yea, I gave up on c4 outlets.. I just use tp link plugs/outlets so I can just gest shit done. I couldn't wait any longer for next gen outlets

Hoping someone can help me, my dealer is stumped. My Apple TV 4 and 4K are having this weird problem where it’s as if a key on the remote is kept on being pressed. It’s keep flicking and the remote isn’t responsive. Only thing you can do is switch off but then it happens again once you start.
 
My system
C4 - EA3 on 3.1.1
Apple TV is on 13.3.1
The driver is on the latest version with control via IP.
 
Any ideas what could be going on? I have 2 Apple TV, one is a 4th gen and the other is 4K one and they are both doing the same thing. The problem was intermittent before but it’s unbearable now.

There were some changes that Apple made to how certificates are handled on iOS 13. It's a hand shaking issue between the mobile client and the controller. The certificate being used on the controller as part of this process needs to be updated. If you directly message me the common names of  any of the controllers that are experiencing this behavior I will escalate the issue with our teams to push out new certificates to your controllers.

Didn't realize *all* drivers would need to be updated and current to allow the upgrade to proceed, so thanks for that as well.

I read that the versions only work backwards and that new versions still need the latest Composer (it just works backwards).
