  1. Control4 have a driver for fieldserver which is a BACnet over IP gateway. Note that you will need to program the BMS system to be suitable for the driver's requirements. Search the Control4 knowledgebase for fieldserver and you'll find the driver and installation guide.
  2. Please use our Kodi mini app as that definately works (i use it everyday). We don't have long press yet. If you are using our Kodi Full driver (which has the IRUSB protocol built in) then you can map the context button.
  3. eGauge CT clamps are polarity sensitive. As such it will tell you if you are importing or exporting if you clamp the incoming mains. Note if you are three phase then set up a register with the sum of all three phases. The driver will import the data for all registers so you can program against them in Control4 to say super heat your hot water if you are exporting energy or to load shed if you are importing too much.
  4. Just tested again just now to be sure and it works fine. Some troubleshooting steps. Verify active driver licence Verify IFTTT Key matches what you've got in your IFTTT account Verify that the Event and Values match (note case sensitive) If all of that fails please submit a ticket and we'll look further.
  5. DRIVER REVAMP!! Hi guys, We just did a major driver revamp. This requires a full reinstallation of the driver. New features include Cover art view! Ability to browse movies by Movies, Collections, Genres, Actors, Directors and Ratings View movie information including synopsis, MPAA rating, genres, cast, director and more. Ability to favourite movies Separate player and server drivers. Upon movie selection the server driver will find the first unused player driver in the room and initiate playback on that player
  6. Hey sorry for the late reply. I don't frequent this forum as much as i used to due to high demand of our services. I think you reached out via our helpdesk and if so then we solved your problem. Thanks.
  7. Hey sorry for the late reply. I don't frequent this forum as much as i used to due to high demand of our services. In future its better to reach out through our support desk if you have any questions. How does a homeowner add a new lamp, move a lamp to a new location (e.g., rename, reassign room), etc? Only Control4 integrators (deemed smart home pro) can add new devices, move devices and add rooms into Control4 Is it possible to have a light group rather than individual lamps? E.G., a hallway with 4 LIFX lamps that should mostly be controlled together and not show up individually taking up screen space? You can install individual lights or install groups. Can the sliders for color and color temp be changed to use meaningful labels rather than 0-100? At this stage Control4 have not released an official color wheel. When they do we will implement this into our software. As an alternative your Control4 dealer can program in specific RGB values into experience buttons. Will the new LIFX v4 app and lamp firmware provide any better integration w/ Control4? The API has not changed as such no changes to the driver is required.
  8. We have tested and developed so many media player solutions. Kaleidescape is still by far the best if you can afford it. If you can't then my selection would be Zappiti next. Honestly if i were to start again (i'm a Kodi user currently) i would pick Zappiti over Kodi.
  9. They were at CEDIA expo last year so i'd assume so. We arn't far off. Just working with them with a few last bits to iron out some new things they added into firmware for us. There is a free driver that they have on their website that you can use now but ours will obviously be better since it will have library support and also playback state.
  10. I haven't tried it personally but Zappiti's product page says it can (i've only tested it with the movies Zappiti preloaded on for the test unit they sent us). http://zappiti.com/zappiti-mini-4k-hdr.html
  11. We have a driver for Zappiti coming out soon. This device sits above Kodi in terms of friendlyness and below Kaleidescape. Allows you to utilise your own content including Bluray ISO's with menu, 4k, Atmos, etc from NAS drives or internal HDD. Upon my request they have also implemented Android based intent launching so this means that we can launch Netflix, Youtube, etc.
  12. Agreed. Though at the moment there is still a lot of integrators who just import it themselves from the US and change the USB power supply to a local one. Works fine but device won’t tested for local regulatory compliance.
  13. Yep our eGauge driver works well and has been one of our goto energy monitors for years (the other one which works via zigbee unfortunately is out of business) Historical information is displayed on any T3 touchscreen and all registers are imported into Control4 so it allows you to program against individual circuits, virtual registers (think accumulation of data like multiple lighting circuits or power circuits in one register) and other data like temperature, voltage, frequency and more. .https://www.chowmainsoft.com/egauge-eg3000
  14. The bond guys are currently looking for international distribution with the plans on getting the product in other regions by mid 2020.
  15. UPDATE Added new generic device type with on/off experience button and relay binding (so you can bind any motorised device driver to it). You have a toggle code. There is no way for you to make this a discrete code or a macro. Best bet is to just put in an experience button and tie in programming to fire the command. That way you have control but you will not know if it is on or off.
  16. Baddly formatted IR codes will lock the IR port on the controller requiring a reboot.
  17. I haven’t done anything. Have been away for two weeks at ISE Expo
  18. I'm overseas at the moment (Rome and then Amsterdam) but can look at this later on when i return to the office. Having said that you are probably best to reach out via our official support means (phone, chat, ticket) as you will get through to either driverCentral support in the US or our own support team in Melbourne.
  19. I do not. Having said that you could probably just create a AV driver in driver wizard and just add the command to the programming events of any motorised device connected to the generic relay driver as the event will fire open or close and as such will fire the programming.
  20. Currently on hold as we have some contracted projects to work on (these will be certified drivers available either through Control4's online database or free ones through our website). Hikvision NVR will resume development in march.
  21. 30 devices means 30 somfy shades and other devices if that helps. Justin who is one of our Control4 developers has about 10 Somfy shades in his home which has internal concrete walls and it controls all of them. Worse case buy more Bond Bridges to add additional coverage / devices. Best bet is to reach out to Bond with the FCC ID on the back of your remote. They will be able to advise if they can control your device.
  22. We're always busy now that we are working on 6 month cycles (ISE / CEDIA). The question is now do you want to wait 6 weeks versus do you want to wait 10 weeks before we start working on a project Back on topic. We spoke to the guys at Caavo (https://caavo.com/) at CEDIA Expo. Their product does just this. I asked them to expose their API so that we can do this on all the control systems we support but at the moment they are using Crestron's voice input to display the data on their own onscreen UI. Hopefully sometime in the future they will have implemented bi-directional communications and if so we'll develop a driver for them.
  23. This question has been answered via email. For anyone wondering. Don't try to use the Plex Full driver to control Kodi.
  24. You can't order the list nor can you remove genres from the list. The driver gets the data from Sky and displays it as we get it.
