smarch
Hi thereSo without me doing anything at all, I no longer have any onscreen menu when hitting the 4 button on the remotes. I have 4 controllers, and none of them have the menu. If I press the watch button, and then choose, blu-ray, cable or whatever it works flawlessly. All connections are fine in composer.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
smarch
SorryJust wanted to add that when I hit the 4 button, the TV switches to the correct component input, but the TV is not getting any signal. The component cables are hooked up, properly and have not been touched.I tried rebooting the HC300, and switched the TV to the correct input to wach the boot up process. Nothing came up on the screen.
pstuart
You have to make sure the controller is set as the video end point for the room you are in.
JV
This sounds like a loose or bad video cable from the HC300 to what ever it's connected to - eg. A/V receiver, TV, or matrix switcher.
crazybuppie
You have to make sure the controller is set as the video end point for the room you are in.This is incorrect. Your TV should be the video endpoint, and your controller should be listed as the on-screen navigator...both under connections.
