antneed
Our power has been flashing on and off in the last few days following hurricane Milton, and this evening we had a quick surge, power went out and went back on immediately but my Wattbox is not coming back up. i checked the breaker and that’s not tripped , the outlet it’s plugged into has power, and the fans are spinning on the Wattbox; but no orange lights , the unit doesn’t power up and of course no equipment powers on. there is a UPS where all the components are plugged into. any suggestions on this fix? Perhaps I need a new UPS, although it’s not beeping. Or do I need to reset the Wattbox circuit breakers? thank you
C4_MCG
You would likely need to check the voltage from the ups to verify it has the correct voltage output 120v@60hz in the US if you are the wattbox could be bad try another outlet via extension cord to rule out the ups if you don’t have a multimeter or way of checking
antneed
Thanks for the reply. Will this help by pushing the circuit breaker reset button: see pic
RAV
Is the UPS on? Does UPS outlet work, plug in a test light or something to it's output, etc. May need to push and hold power button of UPS to turn it on. c4toys
