ERDrPC
We are looking at upgrading our front door to an armored door. It will need a multipoint lock or a security lock. I know Hoppe had an integration a few years ago but I cannot find the article online anymore. I found an Italian company that advertises an armored smart lock. Iseo armored lock and I believe it needs a hub Iseo gateway I'm not sure of it's c4 compatible. If someone else has an idea for a smart multipoint or armored lock or a system that works on relay with a fingerprint/keypad lock then please let me know
ERDrPC
I found the hoppe multipoint https://www.allaboutdoors.com/HOPPE-FUHR-Active-Electronic-Multipoint-Lock This looks like it can be operated by relay so likely easier to control in c4
Popolou
We have several of the ISEOs but there is no integration. The only route was a simple two wire trigger to the lock which it has terminals for. Its main control for all config and management is via Bluetooth however. I've spoken to them on occasion and asked them to consider integration but they've never really seemed interested to be honest.

Have you tried @RyanE Door lock generic driver that helps prevent the deadbolt firing if the door is open. The generic driver would also control autolocking. I would be fine using their app for initial setup. Oh wait - I'm guessing that fingerprint data won't get passed to control4 for programming. That won't work then
Popolou
The x1R doesn't work that way. When closed, it will always try to fire the deadbolts. If you use the BT app or press the open button on the door module, both the deadbolt and the latch will retract as one. However, you can change this behaviour and enable the "light mode" which only relies on the latch during certain hours but then has a scheduled action to fire the deadbolts at a certain time. There is no way for the external trigger to be selective on this unfortunately so you will need to rely on either the full lock with deadbolts or use this other mode with scheduling to fully secure the door. The FP module is also another problem and which is why we didn't go with it. We went with a separate solution for that however. ISEO appear to want to keep it as an entirely closed ecosystem. If you do go with the x1R, you may want to make sure you pick up the single-action variant so that the internal door handle will retract the deadbolt too.
