(attached photo) In the process of fabricating a replacement metal plate to flush mount a chime door bell using the original door station mount box. Following up as the bit size is 3/16 to remove the DS1 security screw, as I purchased Milwaukee item #48-22-2900 at the HomeDepot for aprox $16. Reusing the DS1 screw as a fabricated metal plate was sent to the powder coater this week (delayed due to Hurricane Helene), as the C4 Chime will be flushed mounted to hopefully match the Ventilation Bronze DS1. Reusing the DS1 mount box that was roughed in when my house was built, as I do not have a traditional door bell wire, just 2 Cat 5e pulls going to back to my C4 main hub.
