ERDrPC
With the X4 announcement was there any mention of geofencing. It would be nice if C4 integrated geofencing using the app on a device. I know there are workarounds (using IFTTT which I use but it is laggy and potentially with the new HA driver that has been developed). It would just be nice to have it built into C4. I know this has been a requested feature for years - is there a legal reason why C4 isn't developing this? With the apple integration I think it will be possible for Apple Carplay and C4 integration using Siri? Would like to have this for Android Auto. With the current state of intercom and C4, my integrator (platinum dealer) will not install any intercom system other than ring pro and require the customer to use a separate app (ie no integration with C4). They are sick of truck rolls/troubleshooting and still not having a dependable product even when using C4 hardware. If they install a non ring pro at the customer insistence then the customer has to sign a release of liability/responsibility. There will be no support unless a quick fix after install. I'd like to see the next chime 1. work reliably and consistently 2. Have 2 cameras - one for door bell and one for packages like the G4 doorbell pro from Ubiquiti 3. fingerprint reader for quick entry. I have one of the original doorbirds and want to upgrade. I'd say I get an intercom call thru c4 10% of the time with a doorbell press. Doorbird has a new unit with fingerprint reader but I also picked up 3 invixium titans for biometric entry. Obviously the invixium are overkill but I just want something where I can program off of the fingerprint. I have one of the new Yale locks with fingerprint and I love using the fingerprint for entry but I cannot program off if it - which really downgrades the experience. Time2Jet
the current chime does work reliably... I think the biggest Chime gripe is the delay between a relay event (button press/motion) and the alert. I normally receive a motion event when UPS or FedEx is pulling out of my driveway. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would think - intercom call to touchscreen and devices with every press (not even taking into account the delay). I have 8 t3 and 2 t4 and 2 phones (android) that we want called every time. My integrator has installed a lot and not one works every time or even close to it. So much so they pulled it from their showroom as not to advertise it. I've not seen those issues in my installations
