C4 should look to copy some of Crestron home products announced at Cedia

I'm fully invested in C4...but I'm a tech guy at heart.

I watched Crestron Home Cedia 2024 youtube video.

They have a cool Audio over IP (wall plate install for 3.5 mm, XLR, etc). I like the audio of return audio over IP without latency. I'm doing a backyard reno and we host parties with DJs. I've always been looking for a way to get a sound signal from their mixer back to my C4 system (for internal room same sound and to tie into my DJ light DMX setup using Maestro). I'm going to use the AVpro audio extender to send stereo (red & white) audio back to my matrix but I'd rather use XLR.  

They also have a wall plate install bluetooth bidirectional over IP (useful for non apple people). Android user could send audio from their phone but you can also get a bluetooth signal back for a pair of bluetooth headphones).

Crestron booth at Cedia was impressive! It had a lot of foot traffic. I agree their Audio over IP wall plates are pretty cool!
