can't get TV's to turn off

Hi All,

I've been working with Mitch and we've stubbled upon a strange thing. I replaced two samsung tvs with a Sony (KD-75x77CL) and LG(75QNED75ARA). The Samsungs worked great for years and would turn on and off without an issue. Since we changed out the tvs, the Sony and LG will turn on but won't turn off with the C4 remote nor from the C4 app. We've turn IP control on, turned off energy saving modes etc, but can't seem to get them to work properly. The Sony has never turned off via Control4, and LG has turned off 3 times out of probably 50........just really odd that neither can be controlled but all the other TVs in the house (all samsungs) can be and they are all older......Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Hey Mitch and Chope,

Turned it off, and tried moving the IR in front of the TVs where I see the sensor on the front of each......still no luck.

Maybe we a static IP? I don't know how to do this, I'm just throwing things out there.

That model doesn't support IP control

If you're using IR then I don't believe the CEC setting matters. But if it's only turning the tv on when CEC is on, then yeah your IR must not be setup correctly. Either in the wrong location or not working for some other reason (wrong IR port on controller?)
