iOs control4 app issue - unable to validate account

Hi guys. We got issue when using control4 in IOs. When we opened app, it showed this error: "Unable to validate your account. Please check email and password and try again (401)" . Our account was validated and subscribed 4sight license. We must re-login to use app. In recently days, whenever opening app, we got this issue and so annoying to use app. Anyone got this issue and how to solve this . Thanks in advance.

Have you solved this issue completely ?. Did it happen again after you restart app
