This is my first post on the forum. So please forgive me if i am posting in the incorrect location for this kind of question.
I have a customer who is a TDS cable user. TDS has arris boxes and a new arris ip cable box with wireless cable boxes that use tivo type content and controls as well as supporting streaming allin house like a roku or apple tv. its strange to me. the cable box is a Arris VIP6102W UHD IP and the secondary boxes look like the Tivo Lux or Mini Lux's.
How are you guys controlling these? Thank you for any wisdom you can share.
