Olichops Posted August 17 Share Posted August 17 So I been having some issues with occasional link to my stats. When I do a debug, 2 stats are listed that I do not own any more which may be the issue. The stats are not listed on my ecobee website and ecobee support says they are not registered to me anymore. Tried the delete app and re-added but still there. Is there an ecobee sever by C4 that needs to be updated and how would this be done? msgreenf Posted August 17 Share Posted August 17 C4 can't pull data unless ecobee is giving it to them.
