HOMECINEMAS
Why do all surfaces look different? (Touchpanel, iPhone, SR260, Neeo, Halo und Halo Touch f.e. WATCH / LISTEN - you select "Watch" - AppleT, but "Listen" - AppleTV appear on the Halo Touch HOME / ON SCREEN BUTTON - Why didn't the most important "HOME" button remain with the HALO Touch as a hard button - as on all other remotes (even on the NEEO) If you do not use the ON SCREEN button, it is totally unusable and you could at least assign it HOME in the composer software (re-program) HOME PAGE SELECTION - Why are the icons only on the HALO Touch (bottom left in the picture) as strange as on any other device? You can have the icons dressed just like on the NEEO!! This strange icon only confuses !! COLOR BUTTONS - the 4 colorful buttons are identically arranged on the iPhone, touchpanel, SR-260 and NEEO (red / green / yellow / blue) But only wrong at the Halo (red / blue / yellow / green) This can certainly fix it easily with a software update !! thanks for feedback Roland Kaas Mayer
ILoveC4
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that a lot of those differences are due to the different physical button configurations. Some of the styling differences are likely just devs not talking to one another. I've seen it a zillion times before.
HOMECINEMAS
I know, but It really doesn't have to be. The icons (left) are very terrible!
msgreenf
Isn’t that an opinion not a fact? I do agree with your point about the color buttons being in different orders.
Kaas Mayer
it's very confusing when you use all three remote controls at the same time. the operating concepts are very different and I have to keep reorienting myself. I don't think the icons were chosen very well either. the aim was to simplify the icons for a more modern design language, but the icon for shading looks more like a door with a window to me. I also don't understand why the app and remote control look different. That makes it even more complicated. and why does "comfort" button doens´t show the actual temperature like the neeo? would be way better instead of the waves. We seem to keep trying to change the standard without actually arriving at a standard… Kaas Mayer
South Africa C4 user
Not having a Halo yet… and quite liking my Neeos (other than the fact the batteries are going)… I like everything I see on the Halos other than the funny icons for comfort, watch, shades etc. Hopefully they revert to what we have on other interfaces and standardise. At least that can be done by a software update! SpencerT

We have customers who own several houses and have over the years of SR-150, over SR-260, Neeo and now Halo and Halo Touch. In addition Touchpanels. The worst are these unnecessary icons - they make no sense and only confuse the customer. South Africa C4 user
