Cooper Posted July 29 Share Posted July 29 Recently, Spotify connect has not been playing on my Control4 system. I will select a preset from a touchscreen and it will automatically skip a bunch of songs and stay on pause mode. if i try to unpause it, it immediately goes back to pause mode without playing any music even when it says playing in the spotify app. I think it has to do with my T3 touchscreen. I was skipping a bunch of songs and then just decided to put on another source. i think this is somehow triggering this but i have never seen a touchscreen do that so i really don’t know. It is happening on more than one phone with spotify only. I have rebooted the controller, loaded a backup, and removed and added back the spotify drivers with no luck. rogocop Posted August 30 Share Posted August 30 I recently experienced this as well. In Spotify it looks as if it is streaming and in C4 the zone gets activated but no sound. Have restarted C4 and the amps to no avail. No sort of Spotify works, i.e. stream from iOS or by launching a Spotify playlist stored in C4. Having a party tonight… Any suggestions are most welcome.
