I've had a Luma camera system integrated into C4 for a couple of years, but I have a recurring problem where the cameras will not stream to my iPhone. It will show the thumbnails, but clicking on each camera just brings up a black screen after a second or two of the little loading spinning reel. Video works fine on C4 devices like a wall unit. To make matters more confusing, when my tech support checks it remotely, it works for them on all of their devices. It's almost as if there is something special about my phone that prevents it from loading. Anyone have any ideas? When I had a similar issue it was because my camera driver reverted what stream it was using to a stream that’s resolution config wasn’t supported by C4.
