bkrause
I have 3.4.2, since update,my director has been rebooting at least once a day. Often more. Through information gained from a previous thread, I have accessed logs through Composer HE, Looking at the director logger (all logging levels) they all start at 17:38 on 7/15 which is the time of the last reboot. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. Brett Krause
Cyknight
Any reboot will clear logs. Only C4 Tech would have ability to turn on persistent logs - so the one idea would be to get your dealer involved, to talk to tech support.

Topfox
Welcome to my party :). Mine crashes pretty routinely each day, sometimes like clockwork on a 2 hour cycle ever since I upgraded. C4 devs are looking into mine currently, so if I glean any information from what ends up resolving my issue Ill be sure to share.

bkrause
Topfox, If you want to pass along that I am having same/similar issues to the C4 dev team be my guest. My C4 account is under Brett Krause.
Topfox
They have been review my logs and have thus far been unable to figure out why I’m seeing what I’m seeing. They continue to look but recommend opening a case. So I’m working on that now. curious on if you have a CA10 in your setup.
