AtlantaSteven
Hi i just had a mantel mount MM815 motorized mount installed. To get it to move up/down there’s a remote. Does anyone know whether there’s any device out there that C4 can use to control the mount? It’s not an urgent need. I could certainly use the remote. I just thought it would be cool to automate the process. thanks
chopedogg88
Is the remote infrared or RF? If IR you could learn the remote commands to either Control4 or a Bond Bridge. If RF, then could learn to a Bond Bridge ($119) and integrate the Bond Bridge to Control4 ($150 for the driver).
AtlantaSteven
I just read the manual. It’s RF. Thanks I can look into the Bond Bridge. Then I assume whenever C4 goes into Watch mode, it can lower the mount and then when we power down, C4 can return the mount to the up position? There is a native C4 IP driver “MantleMount MM860.” I’m not familiar with 815, but maybe there is driver for it, too?
chopedogg88
Nope it doesn't have an IP interface. Sent from my SM-S916U using Tapatalk
