davidq Posted May 24 Share Posted May 24 A thunderstorm forced me to replace our Apollo 636 gate controller board. Our local supplier now carries only American Gate controllers, which look like and are supposed to be one-to-one replacements. I moved all connections from the Apollo to the identically labeled ones on the American Gate. No joy. Three wires coming from the house Control4 went to connections labeled: Shadow Ground, Safety, and Safety Ground. When I signal for Open, it causes a momentary short between Shadow Ground and Safety. (But not between Safety and Safety Ground!) A Close command seems to have no effect on any of the wires. Does anyone have knowledge of how to get Open AND Close signals to an American Gate (part number 312-RHCB)? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
