South Africa C4 user Posted March 7 Share Posted March 7 I don’t have T3s in my home setup but can confirm that the DS2 is playing nicely with the T4s. ChrisHenderson Posted March 8 Share Posted March 8 Another Android team member says, "... there is a 'Ringer Volume' in the T3 Intercom UI - there's a menu in the upper right with a Preferences choice. 'Auto Answer' might be on, too." It's possible the OS update accidentally turned on one of these options, or perhaps it's easy to accidentally enable one of them? Chris, Thank you for the Input - Checked all the T3 and they look like they are set correctly also on DS2 I did a auto config Still no look How do we pull the logs off the T3 `s or do you wish to just log into our system ? I thought there was, but a team member confirmed there isn't. You need a dealer or one of our tech support people to capture a system snapshot, which will include the T3 logs.
