navman
I recently updated the firmware on my EA5 and Composer Home edition to 3.4.1, I am connecting to local system and everything shows as ready to connect, when I hit connect I get the message that I could not connect to director with the IP address, what might this error be for and how do I resolve? AustinW
This is a known issue and has a high priority on it when i spoke to SnapAV about it last week. They are working on the solution to the issue.

eggzlot
For what it’s worth I tried both versions of 3.4.2 from the customer portal. Neither worked

Neither worked As I recall, the key thing is to do a full uninstall first, deleting all the various driver and data files. One of the folders is \AppData\Roaming\Control4\, but I don't recall if there are others as well. IBZICON
