Olichops Posted September 18, 2022 Share Posted September 18, 2022 SO my DS2 on latest firmware 259 will not get video outside my home network during an intercom call on the iPhone app. All video on DS2 and TS3 work fine on my LAN WIFI. When I switch to the cellular network or an outside WIFI with fast speeds the DS2 intercom call on the iPhone app reports poor connection continue with audio. Now from the outside WAN all the T3 intercom calls can do video with no issues. i can also go to the DS2 camera via security cams and see the video feed from the DS2 on my cellular connection. I am at 100% of intercom calls no video on cellular and Wifi only on the DS2. Hope they find they roots of this weed..
