I was focused on function. It's a Poe zap. Control4Savant
OceanDad
I'm surprised that nothing replaced the Card Access ZXT30. The little matchbox-sized repeater with an external antenna. Seems to do a better job than a Z2IO, but without all the Swiss army knife I/O bits.

That said, it's only 1.5" of concrete, with 3/4" PEX-AL-PEX tubing, not a full rebar / slab per floor, and of course the walls are stick-framed, which is pretty Zigbee-transparent. RyanE We have same and no zigbee issues. RyanE

And, if you want to get technical, you shouldn't USE a (separate) ZAP to begin with, so you would be asking for a PoE Zserver and Coordinator. msgreenf

Separate ZAP does have valid uses. I have customers with multistory homes (5+ floors) and 100+ devices in which case I use a CA-1 for a new ZAP
