After our maintenance, the team was notified of an issue impacting Control4 2.10.6 controllers. The issue was resolved by 12:44 PM US EST. These improvements lessen the risk and impact to Snap One’s cloud with regional outages, such as the Dec-7 Amazon AWS event. We will perform this change in iterative steps that carefully move customers from existing to improved infrastructure. It’s expected that this deployment will last for 3 hours.
