Deniscrete
Just wondering if anyone has had issues with camera's not showing up in app after latest app update ?
Matt Lowe
do you get any errors? you can also check the driver and it may have a url test to indicate what may be happening.
Kyle Coolabode
Just installed a Hikvision NVR on Friday with no issues. Like Matt said, when you go to the URL of your NVR or cameras, are they showing up? You might try removing your cameras on the app and manually adding them back as well. alanchow
90% of the time the issue resolution too high. 720p or less will work. Deniscrete, Matt Lowe and Jfizzle 1
Deniscrete
Control4 app shows no errors messages but I can see all the camera's on the navigator throughout the house. On the customers phone (control4 app) when not connected to the wifi camera's are disconnected

Basically that box utilises the IP address remotely (which won’t work) rather than routing via 4sight servers. Sounds like that is your problem.
