New home that has Control4, need advice

Hello, first forum post so please go easy if I make any mistakes.  I purchased a new home that as a fairly recent Control4 set up.  I am looking to learn how I transfer ownership and get connected.  Since I have a new router than the previous owner my current system is "offline."  Where do I go?  Is this something I can myself?  Thank you in advance, I am sure there are many simple questions list this one.

As Control4 is a dealer-installed system, your most direct route would likely be to get a Control4 dealer involved.

There are several here on the forums who do help owners get their systems 'under control'.

Once it's up and running, as a homeowner, you can purchase Composer HE, which lets you do most everything a dealer can do, except for adding new devices / drivers to the system, and some other related limitations (creating bindings, etc.).

Also your system is offline because new router means new IP addresses and the C4 controller probably doesn't have the right IP addresses. Get a dealer to get it up and running in no time. Welcome!
