I have an EA1 working very nicely in a small home cinema. Would like to upgrade my Yamaha receiver for a newer model. Would I need any programming changes? All inputs etc would stay the same configuration. Just a newer model with nicer spec, I’m wondering are the IR codes likely to be the same. Many thanks! BraydonH Posted April 7, 2021 Share Posted April 7, 2021 Chances are the Yamaha is controlled via IP, so you would likely need dealer intervention.
