sb1805
I’m new to control4, and was setting up a when/then automation through the simple online interface. Essentially I had motion at the front door turn on a particular light inside the house, and also set an auto-off timer for that light for 90 seconds (so it would automatically turn off after 90 seconds). The automation works great, just as it’s supposed to. However, now whenever I turn on that same light independently of the automation (eg via the wall switch), it turns off after 90 seconds! It’s like the auto-off timer is always attached to that light. Is there any way to remove the auto-off timer from that light? Thanks. bronco
I just experienced this same issue were the timer is stuck regardless of when/then. I'm waiting to hear back from my control4 pro, but do you know how this was fixed?
