Nupe1911
Is there a “modified” programming platform I can use to make changes to my remote control and add Sonos? Or must every thing be done by a dealer?

eggzlot
Also not a direct answer - again Windows 8 or 10 is required (maybe it works on 7 too) but I use my iPad Pro for Composer HE. I have a PC running 24x7 and I use Remote Desktop to log in. Grant it if I need to sit down to do a ton of programming I’ll get to the PC but for light edits and quick reviews Remote Desktop is fine. Again it all points to a real Win 10 machine - but the processing speed of the tablet even with RD is still acceptable in my opinion. Yes as long as your Surface is running Windows 8 or Windows 10. The odds are probably very high that you are doing so since I believe the original MS Surfaces came with Win 8 so you would have had to downgrade your OS to be running Win 7.
