F0ZZ
I have a USB dongle connected to my android box. I had to disconnect the box today to get it updated at my IPTV provider. Same firmware on both devices still. when I connected it back I have no remote control access any longer. I don’t remember how to set it up again , even though I did it originally. I’m stuck on the following screen.

(this just gets you the latest software) You probably lost connection because the IP address of your Android box changed. It should be on a reserved or static ip. F0ZZ
I plugged everything in when I returned home today. It started working pretty much right away. Not sure why, but I’m not complaining. thanks,
F0ZZ
The city turn off the power in our neighborhood for a few hours. Long enough for my back up AC to run out. Once again, we’ve lost all control of our TV box. I have static IP address. I’ve update the firmware and I think everything is configured correctly. Generally it just starts to work eventually. im thinking IR may be a better solution than this? any suggestions?

F0ZZ
The box is Buzz TV. I don’t know what firmware I’m on?

It should list the Android OS version in the main Settings menu, under about device.

Jfizzle
Isn’t this a pirate box that gets you channels ripped off a pay-tv service like bell or Rogers or whatever?

videostorm
You need to update your IRUSB App, then the online firmware version will say V225. Then use the update firmware button in the app to update your IRUSB device itself.
F0ZZ
Everything is updated to V225. How can I setup the device to control the box again?

There is no setup required in the app. Delete your C4 driver and re install the latest version from our web site. Then connect it via the devices static IP. Finally, make sure your "connections" in navigator and properly assigned.
