Don Cohen
I have 2 Luma 510 series cameras, 1 DS2-Mini, all connected to a 4-channel 510 series Luma NVR. I have the Luma App installed on my Verizon Note 8, and up to a few weeks ago, had no difficulty viewing the cameras live, accessing their recording, etc. I am logged into the App using LumaLink/OvrC. Now, the cameras don't even show up in the app. In trying to troubleshoot this, I have been looking at configuration in the App, and in Luma VMS. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Luma App twice, and nothing changes. I have also rebooted the NVR, but again no change. I have attached screen captures: 1. A Phone App capture shows only 1 "camera", and this isn't any of the 3 actual cameras, as nothing is accessible. 2. A Phone App capture, which shows "Error Code -90" for that one "camera." 3. The Luma VMS Capture shows 2 Devices for Management, with the Net Status for one of these not showing a connection. I haven't used Luma VMS much as yet, so am not too familiar with how it works, or how the configuration should appear. But it seems odd that it shows 2 Devices, as there is only the one 4-Channel NVR. Can you advise on what the problem might be here, and what I can do to fix it? This appeared out of the blue, and I can't think of anything that might have triggered it. I upgraded to 3.1 a month or so back, but as best I can recall, this problem started well after that. Don Cohen
To update this, I finally received a reply from SnapAV Tech Support: Quote At the moment our LUMALINK services are down, which would explain why no camera streams are being pulled into the app on the phone using LUMALINK. Although we are working on a resolution for our LUMALINK Servers, An eta has not been given as of now. Although LUMALINK may be down at the moment, Your customer can still view and access cameras on the app Through DDNS and port forwarding. Guess I'll wait it out, or explore how to set this up via DDNS with Port Forwarding - if anybody can point to how this would be done, that would be great as well. Jed
Having a similar issue, still. Started around the same time as yours. 6 months later, still only works occasionally.
Mdsurgeon
LUMA nvr and LUMA link has not worked since I purchased. Snapav replaced nvr and didn’t help. Snapav should fix their issues or refund everyone’s money. I have 14 cameras and can only view on control4 app but have no control of cameras and can’t view with LUMAlink. Snapav tech support could not diagnose issue. They first said too much bandwidth and lowered resolution. They have a defective product that needs to be fixed.
