Cyknight
Did something get reset in the system? Sounds like it may have to do with the SSL certificate update (around 2.20.2 time) not being installed.
tigerap
Cyknight, my controllerHC250 recently failed and I had it replaced, the dealer said he reloaded the latest controller firmware and my configuration on the replacement controller (Hc250)....all worked for a day or so, then coinciding with iOS 13 update my C4 app won’t connect via cellular to my controller....do you have a suggestion for my dealer? Or is this a C4 app iOS incompatibility issue?
msgreenf
He should make sure he installed the ssl cert patch

If you've already downloaded TestFlight you'll be notified of the new build, if not, then you can use this following link (it's the same one from my previous post). https://testflight.apple.com/join/EtAiX35m Hey @jakblak so the app has been solid, no crashing. However, after a period of time the app no longer asks for TouchID, it just sits at the passcode screen. It accepts the passcode and lets you into the app. I went into Preferences and verified TouchID is still on. Had to be a few days before this started happening since I've installed the beta app.

If so, seems to be a known touchid bug in iOS... https://9to5mac.com/2019/09/30/ios-13-iphone-touch-id-login-bug/

But at least it hasn't started to crash the app again. EDIT: On second thought I think you're absolutely right @brentethat this is an iOS issue and not an app issue. Sorry for the false alarm! @jakblak jakblak

Captain2107
I am on OS2 still and running the beta version with the latest bug fixes but it is soooo slow right now to load and respond to any command it’s virtually made the system unusable. The Alexa commands seem to still work as before but that’s a limited amount of functionality compared to what I need on the app. Anyone else got serious speed issues as well on the app loading? Captain2107
So I Just deleted the C4 app and reinstalled on my iPhone. It took 2 mins and 45 seconds to sync my system to the app. It has never been like that before. Then after the app synced it took 75 seconds for the app to fully load so I could select music, or change the temp etc. very slow. I think all you can say is your fast and his is slow... OceanDad
