HELP PLEASE 800 not connecting

Hi,

Hope you can help. For the last 2 days my C4 is down. I have rebooted the 800 multiple times and it still wont connect. I have changed the port my 800 is plugged into on my switch. Still no luck. When I reboot, the LINK light flashes then stops. Then the WIFI light flashes and stops. 

I still have internet and WIF in my homeI.

Please help.

Worth a try.

But I have power to it. Would this be the issue if power light is on? Just asking.

So did I. The faulty power supply does not put out the required Amps or voltage and the unit acted exactly as you described.Once replaced worked like new. Worth a try, easy cheap fix

 

Tried new power supply. Unfortunately no luck.
