Fortyfour Posted January 30, 2019 Share Posted January 30, 2019 Hi Everyone, I have a C4 Audio Matrix switch which has been working fine without any issues until recently. There is an orange triangular light which has appeared on the front of the matrix and when i select a room to switch the audio on it only turns on one zone regardless of the zone which has been selected. I also have no control over the volume. It was recommended to me to cycle the power and hold the ID button on the back of the switch which i have tried but it doesn't seem to have done anything. Fortyfour Posted January 31, 2019 Author Share Posted January 31, 2019 There has been no changes to the router or any other networking, this just suddenly started to happen. The Audio matrix is connected to a Cisco switch which seems to be working fine for everything else, i haven't noticed any other issues with the rest of the system. If i look at the network port on the back of the audio matrix the green light is on as well as the orange light which is flashing. I have tried a different cable between the audio matrix and the Cisco switch but it didn't make any difference. Thanks for any help you can offer.
