rf9000
Guys, In my current system I have an HC-300 and HC-800. I had Rhapsody for my streaming music service. This quit working months ago. Another member told me that Rhapsody changed to Napster and I would have to update drivers. I decided to just cancel it and I subscribed to Deezer. I still can't get any music to play with my C4 system. i went to my control room and saw that my HC300 has a blue power light on and the only other light is a banking red light for the WIFI. I turned them all off and then back on again, but nothing changes. Any ideas?
Cyknight
Red light = issues, likely dead though a restore could be attempted. Sounds like the 300 is doing the streaming (though why with an 800 in there is another matter). Service call time.
rf9000
Any way you could help? What should I do?
rf9000
Should I grab a cheap HC250 to replace it?
lippavisual
Could also be the power supply going out too. Is the red light faint or very bright??
Cyknight
If power supply, that would be the cheap fix, but generally you don't get the red light. What to replace the 300 with, or if it even needs to be replaced or just removed is impossible to say without knowing the system.
