dutsnekcirf
It's been a while since I've created a driver and I'm confused about one thing. I'm making a fairly basic DVD player driver. This DVD player has two hdmi inputs and one hdmi output. Annoyingly this DVD player doesn't have discrete ir commands but I've figured out a possible macro for switching between the two inputs. Basically it would be to send the home command and then press the function button five or six times depending on whether I need to go to hdmi1 or hdmi2. While creating the driver using the driver wizard I get through the inputs and outputs section and then click next and it's supposed to take me to the next section for macros but for some reason it just says you're all done, good job and the wizard closes. Am I not supposed to be able to create macros for a DVD player? What's the deal here?
9800pro
Happened to me the other day. I just created macro in composer. Sent from my LG G2
dutsnekcirf
Okay, I understand that as a viable workaround but is this a normal issue? It's been a long time since I've created a driver at all and it seems that the driver macros section has changed in the last few years.
