indiebands
Hello, Given the sensitivity of the things that can be controlled with the app, I would like to see the implementation of an optional Touch ID requirement to access the app. Ideally, I'd like to have Touch ID required only outside of my home network, and/or only to access specific features like unlocking doors or turning alarms on/off. Thanks in advance for considering this feature.
wingzz
Please one post is enough, no need to post multiple time the same thing
turls
Not the forum police here, but this one is in wishlist, so its not a dupe. I would like to see this too, but I normally only see Touch ID to get into an app, I don't know how hard it is to pick and choose which sections of an app get secured. I also am guessing there is some type of Apple tax for this feature, but could be completely wrong.
FlyingDiver
Touch ID can be used to unlock an entire app (like 1Password) or just a section of an app (like most bank apps). There is no "Apple Tax" for using TouchID. It's just a specific API in iOS.
