Have opened two tickets but nobody seems to care. Their answer, "will work on it as soon as possible", 6 month later still waiting, now they want to start all over again. turls Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 After the length of time it took to get answers the last time there was a major issue with the Rhapsody servers that C4 customers use, I was hoping to see at least a dedicated support e-mail at C4 for Rhapsody issues. I don't think that ever happened. The regular Rhapsody support knows nothing about the special C4 agreement. This would be a perfect type of issue for a group/person dedicated to that support to handle, because we should be on some type of premium group support tier. Cyknight Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 The content issue should be universal across Rhapsody, the C4 integration just gets that info from the Rhaps servers. As for getting it fixed - well as they said, they'll get to it when they get to it A few songs having the wrong issue, while very annoying from a user standpoint is likely not very high on their list (unless it's Taylor Swift/Katy Perry/{whomever is really popular at this time}). My point simply was it shouldn't be too much to ask to not be in line with everyone else and get some priority to C4 accounts since that group drives a lot of traffic to Rhapsody that could easily go to many other options.
