slemay
You have Composer HE or Composer ME? Either one - you need to upgrade to the latest version. Composer ME you can download the update at my.control4.com. Composer HE - you should have received an email a few months back that provided a link to download updates from. fdastoor
I bought the HE software with a new controller HC 500 just yesterday. So I would hope they sent me the latest version. What is the latest version of Composer HE?

neil12011
that message is when you run a version of composer that is not as current as the hardware you have....say I run a version of composer that was out before the hc-300....I would get that same message....hit up your dealer for the most up to date version.
