smarch Posted September 15, 2014 Share Posted September 15, 2014 So I've been using xbmc for a few years and love it. Sorry not sure which driver I have but it works on my SR 250 remote. Strange thing happened yesterday. Some of the buttons stopped working? The left, right and down arrows work, but not the up, or info buttons? They've worked fine forever. I haven't upgraded xbmc (version 13.x currently) or changed anything with my control 4 system (2.5xx) those buttons work with other sources, just not xbmc. Any ideas? Thanks! smarch Posted September 16, 2014 Author Share Posted September 16, 2014 Ok my bad I thought it was only XBMC, but it's all sources, so the problem is with the remote. It's almost new and looks/feels that way. Up arrow, info, and a few other random buttons aren't working. Factory reset? Anyone know how to do that?
