kcarlasc1 Posted February 27, 2014 Share Posted February 27, 2014 I just upgraded my hc300 to a new 250 with the site license for myhome. Turned off director on the 300 and deactivated. Put the 250 in activated and even did the latest upgrade.however, when I go to the myhome app it's telling me I need to buy a license...Did I miss a step somewhere? The hc300 is still in the system but director service is disabled, are there others that should be disabled as well? They sold them for probably about a year before they started coming with the license. if you got in on ebay or something you may have one of the pre-built-in-license versions.
