smarch
So when I log into my 4sigt account my.control4.com and try to use the HTML version (like you would from an iphone) everything works except temp -. Pressing this button has no effect. Temp + works fine. This is an issue as I like to log in at work to lower the temp at home. I tried this from my browser on a computer and same thing. Any one else experience this? Thanks
Cyknight
I'm guessing you are on Celsius? This is a know limitation, the older HTML interface (as well as the older touchscreen interface such as on a MTS) will not allow proper t-stat control if the system is on 2.x AND is set to Celsius. No this will not get fixed for the old interface - MAYBE one day for HTML if they ever overhaul that, but I wouldn't hold my breath.Only way around it is using Fahrenheit. smarch
That seems very odd to me. It's definitely worth a try though. Thanks for the tip
Cyknight
Odd? No doubt, but if you ARE on Celsius - that's the reason, tried and true and confirmed by C4.
smarch
Yes I am on Celsius, so I guess that's the reasonThanks for help
Cyknight
Not much "help" I guess It's annoying - particularly on the HTML version (I can understand the MTS is no longer being update so it won't change) as it's still used quite a bit.Has to do with the driver change by the way - in 2.0 a different driver/proxy for the TStat was introduced, which broke this functionality and the HTML interface hasn't been changed since.
