Email and 4 sight problem

A few days ago my system stopped sending me emails and I can log in to 4sight but cannot access Web navigator. It indicates controller unavailable. My 4sight has not expired.

What could be wrong?

Thanks for your help, but dont want to mix problems. He can't login to my.control4.com

Try to re-register your controller. If that does not work check out firewall and network related potential issues.

Not sure that it would be mixing problems -

My internet access to my.control4.com seems to be hosed for some reason - not sure why -

SOMETHING caused this issue - can you get to account settings - does it indicate there that you are connected or disconnected?

It indicated controller unavailable.

I removed the check mark from "allow remote access" in my 4sight account and logged out. Then logged in again, added the check mark again and it seem to be working fine again.

Now I can do web navigator and receive emails from the system again.
